Festive Delivery and Returns

Delivery time:

In conjunction with the Christmas holiday, please be informed that our duty free warehouse will cease all inward/ outward operations at 12noon on the 22nd Dec 2023

 We seek your kind understanding to place your outward DF/DP declarations or declaration of any inward shipments to be placed earlier.

 Herewith are the cut-off timing during the holiday period:

 

Christmas Cut-off timing 

 

Orders received on 21/12/23 (Thursday), AM before 12.00 noon

Collection on 22/12/23(Friday) AM ( 9AM – 11am only)

 

Orders received on 21/12/23 (Thursday), PM after 12.00PM before 3pm

Collection on 26/12/23 (Tuesday) AM after 10AM           

                            

Orders received on 22/12/22 (Friday), AM before 11AM

Collection on 26/12/23 (Tuesday) PM after 3.00PM

                            

Normal operations resume on Tuesday,26th Dec 23.  

 

New Year Cut-off timing 

 

Closed on 1st Jan 2024

Order received on 29/12/23 - Order received before 11am    

Collection will be on 02 Jan 2024 after 10am  

                            

Order received on 29/12/23 - Order received after 12 noon       

Collection will be on 02 Jan 2024 after 3pm  

                            

Normal operations resume on Tuesday,2nd Jan 2024

If your order has not arrived on the scheduled day and you have received the shipping confirmation, your order is on the move.

NIO Cocktails accepts no responsibility for delays in delivery or non-delivery, although we will do everything possible to counter any missing deliveries.

In the event that a product arrives damaged to the customer, NIO undertakes to provide a new intact order at its own expense.

In the event of returns to NIO Cocktails, charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
